The World History Association’s 2018 conference will be a joint meeting with the Midwest World History Association in Milwaukee, 21–23 June 2018, sponsored by the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Marquette University, and other partners.

　　Call for Papers

　　The call for papers (PDF) for the 2018 conference is currently out. The WHA is soliciting both individual papers and organized panels (including round tables, workshops, and meet-the-author sessions) on the conference themes of the Anthropocene and material culture, as well as other topics in world history. Proposals should be submitted via the submission portal. The deadline for proposal submissions has been extended to 20 December 2017.
